Pole Foundation: Learn the five basic movements! The Pole Position Method focuses all pole tricks on 5 foundation movements. Pole Foundation consists of 5 classes, each 50 minute session will concentrate on a single foundation movement: Inside Planted Foot, Outside Planted Foot, Inside Hooked Leg, Blind Hand Grabs and Climbing.

This class helps tone and build strength in your upper body as well as core!
