Come and experience this fun & exciting workout for yourself! Exotic Dance incorporates many of the same movements from Pole dancing without the pole! During each class we will create a dance routine focused around floor movements (no props), dancing with the use of a chair, or lap dance. You will get an amazing workout balancing your body, letting go of your inhibitions, and creatively flowing to slow sensual music while building your physical & emotional strength & well being.
What to wear: Pants are recommended, as we will be moving around on the floor. High heels, platform heels, stilettos, or boots (you will have the best form and get the best workout in heels!) going barefoot is also an option.
