Jessica's Absolute Beginner 90min Workshop - Sun @ 12pm (Preregistration/Payment Necessary)
"Movers" who are longing to dance (with friends in the club, at weddings/parties, or just in front of the mirror!) but unsure where to begin and extremely overwhelmed by larger, even the most "beginner" classes conducted in the city - welcome!
WEEKLY LESSONS
Practice & learn the basics: introduction to vocabulary, style, alignment/posture. I focus heavily on dance as a method to fun, fitness, coordination, self-expression/awareness - and I truly believe that these vital attributes can be developed through dance and, in turn, transcend to other aspects of life (work, contacts, relationships) in the form of charisma & confidence!
