Get A Tone And Trim Body While Having Fun!

Why are Hollywood "A" list actors, actresses and regular folks like you and I jumping into Zumba dance classes?

Well it's because now they can burn up to 1000 calories an hour, lose body fat and have fun dancing!


Easy To Follow Dance Moves

Our classes combine high energy, motivating music with unique, body sculpting moves. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow latin rhythms.

You'll get a taste of everything-merengue, salsa, flamenco, samba, mambo, reggae, cumbia, calypso, cha cha, and more!
Zumba hits the critical core ab muscles, tones the arms and really works the legs and hips. It truly is EXERCISE IN DISGUISE!

Monday & Wednesday 8:30-9:30pm
Saturdays & Sundays 10-11am
