Our classes combine high energy, motivating music with unique, body sculpting moves. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow latin rhythms.

You'll get a taste of everything-merengue, salsa, flamenco, samba, mambo, reggae, cumbia, calypso, cha cha, and more!
Zumba hits the critical core ab muscles, tones the arms and really works the legs and hips. It truly is EXERCISE IN DISGUISE!

Monday & Wednesday 8:30-9:30pm
