We love to dance, make new friends and get exercise all at the same time. We are a friendly group and we go dancing Tuesday nights at this great new place called Kick's in Santa Rosa. Dance is only $5 from 7:30-9:30. We dance Swing, Jitterbug, Charlston, West Coast, Waltz, Night Club, Cha Cha and Country to a great mix of DJ'd music. Come dance with US.

We are The Kick'n Country Girls, Sonoma County's favorite line dance team. We are currently teaching line dance lessons and couples lessons and DJing and performing all over Sonoma and Marin Counties. We are having so much fun dancing, socializing & partying at our events and we are working with some very fun local live bands.  We want to make sure everyone knows where to go to have a good time dancing, socializing & partying.

On the Third Saturday of each month there is a Barn Dance at the Sonoma Valley Grange Hall in the Springs (across Hwy 12 from Mary’s Pizza), 8 to 11. The caller teaches the reels and circle dances before the band fills the hall with joyous Irish and Bluegrass music, and then keeps calling---this is trauma-free dancing.
